Welding Analysis

Most Recently, we carried out an analysis of the welding processes and weld seams in a company, as an optimization of the production processes was required. In order to implement the production optimization, recurring test welds were carried out and then examined. The focus of the test welds was the comparison of different seam preparations based on DIN EN ISO 9692-1 and welding parameters with the existing weld seam preparations in production. The welding parameters were recorded in preliminary welding instructions. In order to achieve consistent quality, an internal welding manual based on DIN EN ISO 3834-2 was created, in which the basic quality assurance measures and processes are laid down.
